Today we woke up bright and early and headed to the Adventure Park for an exciting morning of ziplining and archery! Our explorers looked like naturals and showed they are true campers at heart. They gave everything a try, worked together, and had so much fun. Even the hot weather couldn’t slow us down or stop us from doing our best! We enjoyed a tasty lunch in the forest before heading back to the farm. It was an amazing afternoon full of adventure, fun, laughter, and memories we will never forget!

Today we welcomed three new campers to the farm. Hello Carla, Sharon, and Enzo! They settled in really well and have already made lots of new friends. Because of the hot weather, we decided not to play Zombie in the village and instead took on a fun egg drop challenge. The campers worked in teams to build the best container to protect an egg from a big fall. First, each group gave their egg a name and created a fun story about it. Then they took part in an auction to buy the materials they wanted for their container. It was so much fun, and everyone got very competitive, with some teams spending almost all their money! Finally, we dropped each container from the top bedroom window to see if the eggs would survive. Only two eggs made it without cracking, making those teams the winners!

Afternoon activities were a great way for all of our explorers to bond and practice their English. It turned out to be a great success, and we definitely have some future engineers amongst us. It´s bedtime now for all of us here at Gredos Summer Camp. Goodnight!
