Time to wake up, campers!

Our campers woke up nice and early this morning excited for their first day of class, followed by a well deserved afternoon by the local river.

The classes started at 10:00, with the groups being divided into three: Rabbits, Ponies and Goats. Whilst the rabbits did some exercises to learn about animals on a farm, the other two groups improved their conversation skills.

The classes were kept brief this morning as we had our lunch and spent the rest of the afternoon enjoying ourselves by the river. We all took a dip inside the freezing cold water and spent many hours crab hunting and exploring, as well as playing volleyball.

After we all arrived back to the farm and had a well needed shower, the tournaments started! The children each signed up to compete in the games, which include ping pong, pool and a drawing competition to name a few. Lets see who will be crowned champion of the tournaments this year!

The night was spent with a game played outside with the monitors and teachers, but the coldness of then night soon hit us all and we headed inside, ready for a good night sleep.

Tomorrow we continue with our classes, followed by more activities in the afternoon. See you tomorrow for another great day campers!
