Good morning, sunshine.

After a quiet breakfast everyone headed off to English class. This morning our youngest campers, the Chipmunks, joined the Ducklings for a collaborative sports project. It was great to watch the campers divide up the work and make sure everyone participated.

Some groups decided to become experts on their favorite sports: Carlota, Nikole and Emma taught us about tennis, whereas Aine, Gadea, Mario, Gabi and Sol talked about rhythmic gymnastics. On the other hand, two teams decided to get creative and invent their own sport. Alex, Mauro, Javi, Carlos and Pepe created «The Hunter Game» and Paula, Manuela and Rocío invented «Horseball

The Rabbits have also been busy with their own English projects. The groups were in charge of a very important task: creating their own summer camp!

After lunch it was time for the final activities. The Explorers enjoyed an afternoon of water games in the field.

In Robotics, Jorge and Javi, successfully applied the coding basics they learned last class in order to create their own jumping videogame.

Meanwhile, the horse riders headed off for their last horse saddling lesson and ride in the countryside. As it was the last day, everyone was tested to see if they remembered how to properly put the bridle and saddle on the horse before leading their horse out to be ridden.

Starting in the village, we spent an hour and a half roaming the countryside admiring the majestic landscape that Gredos has to offer.

After the last ride, the horse riders were taught about the care of the horses hooves and the horseshoes used to protect them. Apparently they have to be changed every month and a half!

To top it all off, the horse riders were each given their own horseshoe as a souvenir. What a nice surprise to end a great day!
