Day 4: Games in the sun, English classes for fun!
This morning classes started as usual at 10:00. Chipmunks had the exciting job of building an insect hotel today after the other classes made theirs yesterday. They went out onto the field and collected natural materials they thought would attract insects. They already have some visitors too—a spider, two ants, and a grasshopper! Ponies learnt about photosynthesis and were introduced to some important new scientific words, while Rabbits worked on a poster for their bug hotel. English classes have been going really well, with the children joining in, sharing lots of new ideas, and enjoying plenty of laughter and fun together.

We also started our camp tournaments today, where the campers signed themselves up to compete in different games for the chance to win a prize at the end of camp. Today we kicked off the foosball, drawing, ping pong, and chess tournaments. We already have our first round of winners, who will move on to the next stage. At the end of camp, we will announce the winner of each competition. Let’s see who makes it to be the champion!

For our afternoon activities, the horse riders headed off on another trek through the mountains and even had a go at galloping. They came back saying they had an amazing time and enjoyed it even more than yesterday! Our Arts and Crafts group joined the Explorers to make keyrings. Some made animals, some made their names, some made gifts for their families, and others made one for themselves. After snack, our campers enjoyed an archery session and even had their own friendly competition. They showed great courage on the battlefield—even if a few decided to surrender!

Now we are off to bed in preparation for another great day tomorrow. Goodnight!
