The campers have begun to fall into routine now. Today´s English classes flew by and we got a peek into the Chipmunks´ game where they had to describe the features and movement of the animals for their classmate so they could correctly guess which was on their forehead.

The Ducklings moved onto discovering sea life through a collaborative task in which each student became an expert on a specific marine animal to be able to teach their group.

After lunch, the campers took a walk around the village, San Martín de la Vega del Alberche, to see different points of interest: The Doctor´s House, Grandma´s House, the Church, and of course, the Main Square.

After the tour of the village, we spent some time down by the stream and had a bouquet collecting contest. Juan was able to sway the staff votes in his favor of his bouquet «primavera» by eloquently describing in detail the significance of his hardwork. Although the minimalist and organically organized concept were top contenders.

As the clouds started looking eerily dark around the picnic spot, we decided to have lunch back at the farm after a quick picture on the bridge.

The rest of the afternoon was spent desperately trying to stop the Zombie infection that broke out in the village. Monitors and teachers alike became infected. Five teams raced around to collect items that they could use to kill the virus and immunize themselves.

After running around for several hours everyone was very hungry! However, after two courses and homemade banana ice cream for dessert, their energy was back in time for night games!
